On 19 March 2025, a delegation of foreign guests from the Dominican Republic visited Shandong Yakang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The two sides held in-depth discussions on international cooperation in the field of veterinary drug formulations.
Accompanied by relevant department heads from Shandong Yakang Pharmaceutical, the foreign guests conducted an on-site inspection of Yakang Pharmaceutical's business operations and GMP veterinary drug factory, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's end-to-end management system spanning raw material selection, formulation processes, and finished product control. The foreign guests highly commended Yakang Pharmaceutical's high-standard GMP production lines, management systems compliant with international quality standards, and efficient R&D conversion capabilities. They also expressed a strong willingness to explore in-depth cooperation, particularly in the application of new veterinary formulation technologies.
At the symposium, both sides reached a consensus on key issues such as the export and registration of veterinary drug preparations and the export of feed additives through extensive consultations. They also plan to establish a regular communication mechanism to promote the implementation of specific cooperation.
